The BioBricks may be purchased in individual 38 lb shrink-wrapped plastic packages with 20 bricks in each package. They may also be purchased by 1,900 lb pallet consisting of 50 of the 38 lb packages and measuring 4 feet by 4 feet by 3 feet.

BioBrick Pricing

The Company’s current pricing of BioBricks, including delivery charges valid through September, 2009 is as follows:

• Individual 38 lb 20 brick packages picked up at the Company’s Needham headquarters from 7:30am to 4:30pm — $8.00 per package.
  
  
• 1,900 lb pallet of 50 38lb packages — $250.00 each for the months of April/May 2010 while supplies last.
