Heating System Service
The Company provides 24 hours emergency service to its oil heat customers.
Customers as they desire may elect to sign up for a fixed annual price plan or pay for service on a time and materials basis.
The service plan covers labor and materials costs for specified burner parts and related controls, plus certain other specified parts and services.
The service plan also covers annual clean-outs and inspections of heating systems, which can improve heating system efficiency and help prevent unexpected no heat or no hot water situations.
Customers interested in the service plan contract (which lists specific parts covered and not covered by the contract as well as the other terms and conditions of the contract) may request a copy of the service plan be sent to them.
The Company also does efficiency tests of heating systems, using state of the art test equipment.
